“Eight artists creatively offer a new perspective on the many events that took place during the German occupation, both inside and outside the walls of the Oranjehotel. The stories focus on the prisoners and their very diverse backgrounds, their guards, the home front, the relatives and survivors, and their interactions. The graphic narratives powerfully and innovatively illustrate how fragile our freedom is — even today.”
